Ah, lawfare (Warfare without the blood). I love it. I miss it, in fact. When I was in law school, both as a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws student, I never wanted to be “behind a desk.” I yearned for the courtroom and lived there. The heat of it all was the only way “real law” was practiced in my naïve mind. On. The. Battle. Field. The legal fire, the brimstones of justice casting down on plaintiffs and defendants, prosecutors and prosecuted. After all, who doesn’t love the smell of (legal) napalm in the morning?

Well, I can tell you who isn’t going to like it. Callum Tony Evans of Gresham International after this case.

My favorite part is he is representing himself! Presumably because no sane lawyer would touch this case with a ten foot poll.
When I started this mission to expose Cal Evans as the scammer he is and make sure justice was served against him, I knew Evans would get more and more desperate. We’ve all seen rats in cages in one true form or another. Evans is no different; he’s just a scared little rat who is doing everything he can to silence my grind of justice to make sure he never scams again. Then a Google alert hits. Evans has filed a case! This was his final trap. The move after:

- to get me arrested for showcasing his fraud in these articles on this website (which failed miserably or you would have definitely heard about it from ol’ Evans);

- now this what I can only imagine to be a laughable case as I have not seen the complaint but I know from past experience with Evans.
Don’t get me wrong, I knew this was inevitable, and I’ve been dying to get my hands on what he’s filed under “personal injury.” I assume it’s related to alleged “defamatory” articles and his “emotional distress,” but here’s the thing about lawfare: when you’re really good at it, the person plays right into your trap, as Evans has done here. (Even if he did file in the wrong court with no jurisdiction over the defendant. CILEx Chartered Legal Executives, man.)
I knew his cards. His options were few and far between, plus the rumors are swirling. “If Cal, the award-winning international lawyer, can’t sue someone who is exposing his fraud? How can he be ‘such a good’ lawyer and ‘litigation specialist?'” (Just so we are clear, there has never been a title called a litigation specialist under the U.S. law or anywhere I can find) Ha, I love it. I genuinely miss it. I’m going to personally-legally dispose of the little scammer and send him enough interrogatories to make him disclose all those secret crypto wallets he has and LLCs he thinks are so hidden. I’ll “Bee” sure to mention that I know he has attempted to switch his home into an LLC with a registered agent to hide his assets when I win and countersue.
Because any real lawyer will tell you, truth defeats defamation. (Not legal advice; talk to a licensed attorney in your state and not a CILEx Chartered Legal Executive. I’m sure there are good ones but from my sole experience with this one, well, buyer beware.)
In the meantime, as he made my friend Bob Cornish run around the globe trying to serve him for the fraud case of Ledgerscore vs. Aubit et. al. to all his glorified post office boxes (yes, that “fancy” London address he uses has no less than 100,000 active companies using it, see below), I’ll be sure to make Evans do the same with me. Then he can try to explain to the court why he thinks a Wisconsin court has personal jurisdiction over a non-Wisconsinite. I’m sure they didn’t cover personal jurisdiction in CILEx’s training curriculum. Oopsies!
Now, you ask, why would I do this when I can legally fight him outright in court? Well, those wheels of justice grind slow, and it takes a bit of time for pressure to build and cases to be made for state, federal, and international regulators and/or agencies, and I want that pressure to build so I can bring it up in court. (Ask Evans, he knows he’s asked for more time to respond to two of the larger complaints he knows of so far.) After all, what jury wouldn’t want to hear the saga of the Crypto Con Lawyer and his fruitless attempts to beat a real lawyer in lawfare? That will make the Netflix/Amazon documentary much more entertaining!
