So, in my continued effort to make the public aware of the fraudulent activities of Cal Evans and Gresham International, I am now obliged to dissect another absurd “Special information (sic)” post from the Crypto Con Lawyer*, Cal Evans of Gresham International. (*Evans isn’t really a lawyer anywhere. He’s a glorified paralegal under the English and Wales CILEx system with limited practice rights. I cannot stress this enough as you will see here, he should not be allowed to call himself a lawyer let alone a competent ethical human.)
Before we dive into the heart of the matter, let’s take a moment to discuss philosophical razors. No, not the kind you shave with, but rather the kind that helps us cut through the complexities of arguments and reasoning. Two notable examples are Hanlon’s Razor, which advises us not to assume malice when stupidity can sufficiently explain a situation, and Hitchens’ Razor, which asserts that claims made without evidence can be dismissed without evidence. It is through the lens of Hitchens’ Razor that we will dissect Evans’ latest unsupported allegations line by line.
While the vast majority of Evans’ actions can be attributed to stupidity, they are also clearly malicious and will be addressed in various courts shortly. However, it’s through the lens of Hitchens’ Razor that we will dissect this latest nonsense line by line. (Well, maybe not line by line in the end. He has this narcissistic tendency to add mental health links as if he’s some sort of Freudian psychoanalyst trying to compensate for his daddy issues, but more on that in another article. This is the most absurd matter I have ever dealt with in my personal or professional career, and I’ve encountered some truly outrageous individuals. However, Evans takes the crown when it comes to being a fool. According to Merriam-Webster, a “fool” is generally defined as a person lacking good judgment or sense, often engaging in foolish or imprudent behavior.
I will not rest until Evans and his co-conspirators are behind bars where they belong. Justice may be slow, but she is inevitable.
Now, let’s return to Hitchens’ Razor. This fool (and I mean that with every fiber of my being, and you will too by the end of this) loves to make statements without providing any evidence whatsoever. So, in my tireless effort to prove that he is a liar, fraud, and con man, I will be providing multiple screenshots and Dropbox-linked documents so that you, dear reader, can evaluate the evidence for yourself. Just like Occam’s Razor, Hitchens’ Razor is sharp and used to cut through to the truth.

There’s no harassment but this statement, along with the rest of this article, will be sent to Muskego’s Police Department for prosecution under Wis. Stat. § 943.30. Extortion is a crime. Evans has recently been involved as “legal advisor” for Viking Fehu a failed Initial Coin Offering (“ICO”) literally during the same month he wrote this ridiculous shit. Preventing fraud, especially securities fraud, is a legitimate purpose and as such this is not harassment. However, as mentioned above, Evans has no practice rights in his home country and as such he cannot represent people in criminal matters so he would not know this. His lack of legal experience and knowledge will become more evident as we continue.

As for New York, sadly I cannot talk about that until it’s cleared but the “New York Bar Association” doesn’t govern lawyers. And, those that do, have told this fool he has not have an ethical cause of action THREE TIMES SO FAR.
As for law enforcement, I’ve talked to Muskego Police, not only do they say this is a civil dispute but have told Evans that too. However, this post especially with its claims of extortion and involvement with law enforcement and the “FBI” are enough to have him charged. Update to come once the charges are filed.

What Evans is too foolish to know is that real lawyers are ethical bound to investigate and report on unethical conduct. New York lawyers are governed by the New York Rules of Professional Conduct (NYRPC), which outline obligations to report and investigate unethical conduct by other lawyers. Specifically, Rule 8.3(a) of the NYRPC mandates that if a lawyer has knowledge of another lawyer committing a violation that raises a substantial question regarding the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer, they are required to report it to an appropriate authority. This is designed to maintain the integrity of the legal profession.

So why would I then demand something as absurd to speak on the same stage as a known con man? Once again, Hitchens’ Razor cuts this argument to shreds. Like Evans’ dignity.
This run on sentence and double use of demand and demanding proves that it was Evans who wrote this. His digital finger print of misspelling, improperly capitalizing and using run on sentences is indicative of Evans writing style. That’s important when proving motive and evidence for a criminal case.

Now, PA bought this because well, PA is dumb and corrupt. Yep, I stand by that statement having practiced law there as an American Civil Liberty Union legal fellow which is where my pro hac vice was granted from. Don’t believe me? The law office of Dunsmoor Law were always in Buffalo, New York and once again he is grasping at straws. His feeble attempts at a gotcha not only show he does not understand that lawyers can work for other firms as “of counsel” despite using that throughout his current website, but that claiming my office were elsewhere is just dumb and weird but there’s a lot of that in here.

My former mailing addresses were at offices that had shared accommodations. I’ve always believed in a work from home model before it was posh or required. This doesn’t include the numerous registered agents for his Wyoming entity and other “offices” he claims to have around the world. What. A. Fool.

I know reading comprehension is not Evans strong suit but my self-reported bar complaint was when I uncovered that an addendum was missing involve a non-criminal traffic offense that, while should have been reported and I believe fully was, did not happen to be in the admissions file when I requested a copy nearly 7 years later. I still have not seen the lies that Evans told to California so I cannot attest to the “unethical conduct” but, California did tell me to make sure it was clear I was not licensed in California because the Blue Rock Organization, a not-for-profit, was originally headquartered there. California has some of the strictest licensing and representation laws in the country which will not bode well for Evans and Johnson. But more on that in a future update.

“Since his suspension, Jonathan Dunsmoor has intensified his harassment campaign against Gresham International and our Managing Associate.”
In our original correspondence I threaten to reign down hell on Evans by reporting him to all the places that could have had jurisdiction over him including New York, California, Wyoming and others. I was counseled by a senior lawyer and good friend to hit him at his sole regulator and make it easier. One and done. I listened to that sage advice and his useless regulator CILEx sat on the complaint for two years and then, instead of independently investigating the claims and evidence, relied on falsified evidence provided by Evans.

He doesn’t have honors associated with his LLB degree, unlike what he has indicated. He isn’t licensed to practice law in the Seychelles, despite his claims. He doesn’t have a master’s degree in law, although he has suggested he does. And he didn’t attend the prestigious Singapore schools he claims to have attended; instead, he went to a dubious Singapore school and paid a mere $600 to obtain an MBA.
